Melsades Wallace -- Caterer
"Mel”, as she is affectionately called has 18 years of experience in catering and as a chef. She studied at the New York Restaurant School, Manhattan, NY. Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts. She also holds Certification in Food Management, Sanitation and Nutrition. She is also responsible for the start up of one of the Golden Crust franchises in NY, which she managed for 5 years before relocating to TX.

High crime rate is one of the largest concerns in Jamaica. Traditionally, the country has had a very high murder rate; higher than larger countries such as, Guatemala, Venezuela, Belize, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and even the United States.
