"Mel”, as she is affectionately called has 18 years of experience in catering and as a chef. She studied at the New York Restaurant School, Manhattan, NY. Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts. She also holds Certification in Food Management, Sanitation and Nutrition. She is also responsible for the start up of one of the Golden Crust franchises in NY, which she managed for 5 years before relocating to TX.

Charis Clemetson – Caterer

Charis brings to the table 12 years of experience in catering. Her skills range from cake decorating to Culinary Arts. Her greatest love though is being at the grill perfecting her jerk chicken skills. She has created a mean homemade jerk sauce, which she plans to commercialize in the near future. She holds Food Management and Cake decorating Certification.
